Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Unboxing video is strongly recommended for damage claims.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is broken, defective, or incorrect: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund upon verification.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Clearance or final sale items, items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery and Demanding return without giving any legit proof.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), Baba Home Crockery will bear the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer/store credit, depending on your preference) within 7–10 business days.
